I moved onto the end of Victoria St Dinnington about 6 months ago. I have had issues with fly tipping on the strip of land on the other side of the un adopted rd. It appears that this strip of land belongs to the school and their fence was wrongly positioned, we are awaiting the solicitors confirming this so that they can become an academy. Hopefully the trees can be removed and grass cut back, which will stop further fly tipping of freezers etc. This is a private un adopted road that the general public are trespassing on, this belongs to the house owners on this stretch of road.
This is the bottom end of this strip of land down the side of my house, where I recently found a fridge, in front of the Martial arts.
As you go down the side of my house, you come around a corner to my garage and other peoples access ways for their gardens. I have cleared this area of rubbish and cut back a little of the Hawthorne hedge that is over growing, I need to have a word with the owner of the land to cut back better.
Down the side of my garage is a wall, this was stuffed full of rubbish, it filled a wheelie bin.
About a month or two I cleared the road of rubbish and removed another bag full today.
You can see how the un adopted rd looked, before I started work on it, by looking at the rest of the un adopted rd, that hasn’t been cleared.
All the best
