Wee Willie, Williams Bar, Little Mester Public house photograph

Photography Anston, Dinnington, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and UK

This Public house started as the Wee Willie, became the Williams Bar in the 80’s and then took on the title of the Little Mester.  In the 80’s as the Williams bar it was the place to be, with a Greenhouse on the front, it attracted people in from Sheffield and far around.   Since becoming the Little Mester, it has catered more for people throughout the day, serving meals and the Disco’s have dropped off.    The Little Mester has just had a big face lift and I understand that Rob Green did a Saturday night disco when it re opened, I don’t know if this will be a regular occurrence.  I am told Saturday night now has a dress code, which should improve the image.
