This new bin was installed about a month ago on East St Dinnington. People can’t even be bothered to use the bin and leave bags of dog excrement on the floor by the side of it. We have too many people on welfare who have no regard for our community, go up the road to Anston were there are far less on welfare and the litter issue drops. Whats happened to the education and enforcement I was promised.
